The Mighty Rolano & The Ancestor V

Excellent shooting platform, lots of space, very capable sea vessel for anywhere in BC, USA or even farther. Accommodates 10 overnight or 42 for day cruises. "On~deck lounge" provides comfortable space out of the weather with great visibility. Owner-skipper, Ralph Hull, is a former legendary broadcaster and holds certificates of competency for Master 350 ton and ON2 (2nd mate foreign~going freighters~passenger liners anywhere in the world.

• 40' Caribbean topsail gaff cutter (all wood, a real character boat ~ like from the last century). The ANCESTOR V was built on the beach at Windward, Carricou (Southern Caribbean ~ Grenada) all by hand tools
• 55' burnable boat. Former seine boat~clam cash buyer that is environmentally sound enough for spectacular blaze on the water (no engine or tanks, it's stripped and clean)
• 28' x 8.5' fast herring skiff for "on water" provider~support vessel. Move people or equipment.
• 22' cabin cruiser for sport fishing in local waters with power down~riggers
• Two acre waterfront property with major private wharf in Sooke Harbour. On~site shoot location, store equipment, B&B, moorage
