Film Society president Shannon Valentine and Gary Nicholls enjoyed looking at the replica ship Endeavour. The H.M Bark Endeavour was James Cook's ship which was originally a three masted collier named the "Earl of Pembroke". It was of a type known as "Northumbian" or "Whitby Cats", a flat bottom seaworthy cargo ship.
